How to Apply
We encourage families to apply online as it simplifies submission and provides parents the ability to track the status of their child's application. To begin the Online Application process, www.
A non-refundable fee of $50 must be submitted with each application.
After submitting the application, you will be able to track your admissions status at the school by logging in to your account. In addition, you will be able to print the completed application, monitor when the school receives any applicable supplemental forms and, if necessary, reprint the forms.
The Process:
STEP 1: APPLICATION
*Complete an application online
*Upload the following items
1. Child’s birth certificate -
2. Updated health papers -current physical and Immunization Record -
3. A minimum of two years of report cards from all previous grade levels (if applicable) -
4. A copy of at least two years of standardized test results (if applicable) -
5. A copy of any support or guidance reports/forms you may have from your child’s previous school experience or from a specialist (if applicable) -
6. Copies of referrals, services or testing documentation (including but not limited to Gifted testing, Title 1, Speech Services, Academic Testing, Behavioral Testing, IEP, SSP, 504 Plans, etc.). (if applicable) -
7. A copy of any custodial documents (if applicable)
STEP 2: The above information will be reviewed. You will be notified of the next step within five (5) business days.
STEP 3: We will contact you to schedule an observation/assessment with your child. You will be notified of the next step within five (5) business days.
STEP 4: ENROLLMENT
Upon acceptance to Villa Madonna School, you need to complete the enrollment packet online and upload the following items:
1. Completed Enrollment form
2. Upload a copy of your child’s sacramental certificates (Baptism, Holy Communion) (if applicable)
3. Pay the Registration
At this point, your child(ren) is/are an enrolled student at Villa Madonna School.

Prospective families do not have to take a tour before completing an application. The application is online. There is a fee to process your application. Please complete the application and attach all necessary documentation and return it to our school. Once your completed application is received, an interview with our Administration will be scheduled.

Families with more than one student may be eligible for the school based tution assistance program. Scholarships and tuition assistance are available on a need-basis. All financial matters are dealt with in a respectful, discreet, and confidential manner.
Tuition can be paid in full, or on a monthly basis. Our Financial Department will assist you in deciding on the best payment plan for your family.
